Bouygues Bâtiment International attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and personal data.
In accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 of April 26, 2016 and the amended “Information Technology and Liberties” Law of January 6, 1978, Bouygues Bâtiment International makes strong commitments to the people concerned.
It is reminded that all the information collected on the Site is recorded by Bouygues Bâtiment International, data controller.

There is no fully automated decision making by Bouygues Bâtiment International based on your personal data.
Recipients of processing
The recipients of the data are of several types:
Bouygues Bâtiment International teams,
the subcontractors for the execution of the processing concerned, and
if you have expressly accepted it, Bouygues Bâtiment International’s business partners.
These categories of recipients are supplemented, where applicable, by categories specific to each treatment and expressly referred to in the notices appearing on the data collection page.
The transmission of personal data with recipients (regardless of their legal nature, processor, data controller or simple recipient) is carried out securely and in application of an agreement between Bouygues Bâtiment International and each recipient. Your rights

- for consent-based processing, withdraw your consent at any time.
