Data protection policy

Bouygues Bâtiment International attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and personal data.

In accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 of April 26, 2016 and the amended “Information Technology and Liberties” Law of January 6, 1978, Bouygues Bâtiment International makes strong commitments to the people concerned.

It is reminded that all the information collected on the Site is recorded by Bouygues Bâtiment International, data controller.

Purposes of processing

Each data collection is carried out specifically for explicit purposes and clearly targeted on the page of the Site where the data is collected. As such, it is recalled that:

With regard to the management of your request, the purposes of collection and processing are (i) the management of your request and (ii) the improvement of products or services. The legal basis for this processing is the execution of a contract (article 6.1.b of the European regulation);
Regarding entering into a relationship with Bouygues Bâtiment International, if you have expressly accepted it, prospecting by our business partners. The legal basis for this processing is consent (article 6.1.a of the European regulation).
Bouygues Bâtiment International reserves the right to create additional and / or complementary means of collection. As such, Bouygues Bâtiment International will specify, in accordance with the regulations, the purposes specific to the processing concerned on the data collection page.

There is no fully automated decision making by Bouygues Bâtiment International based on your personal data.

Recipients of processing

The recipients of the data are of several types:

Bouygues Bâtiment International teams,
the subcontractors for the execution of the processing concerned, and
if you have expressly accepted it, Bouygues Bâtiment International’s business partners.

These categories of recipients are supplemented, where applicable, by categories specific to each treatment and expressly referred to in the notices appearing on the data collection page.

The transmission of personal data with recipients (regardless of their legal nature, processor, data controller or simple recipient) is carried out securely and in application of an agreement between Bouygues Bâtiment International and each recipient. Bouygues Bâtiment International undertakes that each recipient is aware of the guiding principles for the protection of personal data and is subject to them in accordance with the law and / or a specific contract.

Your rights

You have the following rights:

  • right of access to your personal data
  • right to rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete;

    • a law requires it.
  • right to object on legitimate grounds,
  • right to the portability of your data,
  • right to define directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death and,
  • for consent-based processing, withdraw your consent at any time.
